Futures Lab is an evolving Pattern Curator initiative created to support early-career designers and those transitioning into a new creative career or discipline. Through mentorship, internships, networking and skill sharing, the goal is to connect emerging talent with experience, resources and people who can help them build sustainable careers in design.

It is also a space for exchange—bringing different generations and levels of experience together to share knowledge, develop practical skills and create new opportunities within the creative community.
